deco x20 4g not working with jio sim

I brought this thinking ill add it to my existing deco mesh network but it doesn't work with jio sim (which is the one I have) it dose with others.
is there any firmware, or setting so I can get this to work?
I've done the usual Google dive tried a few answers I've seen online but nothing has worked and I cant find any more good info.
please can you let me know what I should do before I return it

Do you use a 5G Jio SIM card in the Deco X20-4G?
If yes, I think your case might be similar to the following post:

Deco X20-4G and X50-4G with the latest firmware version don't support 464XLAT yet.
The beta firmware versions for Deco are still in progress and will require some more time.

Hi, I'm not involved in the beta development process.
As far as I can see, The engineers are quite careful of the ETA and typically provide us with updates a few days before the beta firmware is fully prepared.
As soon as we receive the beta firmware, we will update the community immediately.
