I use the X60 as a router. Eventually the devices are unable to connect to the network. Even with the Forget Network procedure and configuring from scratch, they still cannot connect.
 

On iPhone, when I try to connect, I get a eternal loading. 
 

The only way to make it work is to restart the X60.

 

I've already tried disabling Mesh Technology, but it remains the same.

 

This problem happens with iPhones (14 Pro, 15), TV and MacBook M1.

Hi, did it help to turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" on the Deco APP>More>Advanced?

It is also suggested to turn off 2.4GHz under the Main network, and then enable the IOT network for 2.4GHz devices only. After that, please try to connect the iPhones (14 Pro, 15), TV and MacBook M1.iPhones (14 Pro, 15), TV, and MacBook M1, to the 5GHz-only main network to see whether it helps with the wireless connection.

 

And are you able to constantly reproduce this issue on Apple devices?

"fast roaming" and "beamforming", never enabled.

 

I've created the new IoT network for TV. Let's check if that solve that problem.

 

I can't disable 2.4ghz only on the main x60, so I need to do that for the mesh system. I did that, I'll back with the result.

 

Yes, constantly I see that problem on Apple devices.

Doesn't work :(

 

Apple devices are unable to connect to network until reboot.

 

Any suggestions?

 

Maybe there's a problem with x60 device?
