Hello,

When I bought two BE95 and two XE200 terminals in December 2023, it was indicated that the KidSheild application would be available Q1 2024.

We are now in April and still no news of this application, it does exist on the Apple Store and user guides exist, but there is no way for me to create a profile to link it to KidSheild.

I myself have to block the addresses of the services I want to block, such as Tik Tok and Snapchat, and I'm limited to 32 addresses, which is quickly outdated.

So I wonder when this option will be available.

Hi All,

With the release of latest Deco APP(3.8.123-Android; 3.8.129 for IOS), the option to create KidShield " On the Go" Profile is open for all Deco users.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I noticed your current model number is Deco W2400 which doesn't support HomeShield. Kidshield is part of the HomeShield service so I'm afraid that Deco W2400 is not ready for Kidshield yet.
