Hi, It is suggested to try the firmware recovery.

Note:

1. Please try method 2.

2. In step2 (Power off the router first, then hold the WPS button (Some models may use Reset button) on the back of the router and power on the router for 5 seconds until there’s only a LED lights orange in the middle.)

Please keep pressing the Reset button (not WPS button on your model) for more than 10 seconds. (There should be apparent change on LED if successful)

I have a different model (AX55) and you need to use the Reset button.  When inserting an object (such as a paper clip) in the reset hole on the back panel, you must ensure you hear the "click" to know that it is actually pressed.  Sometimes (for example, with a paper clip), the object can slip off the button and so it does not remain pressed long enough.  An ideal object that is slightly wider, but still fits in the hole, is something like a ballpoint pen refill.

Another thing... It is best to configure the PC for the 192.168.0.10 IP address, have it cabled to the router's LAN port, and powered on BEFORE you power up the router.  Otherwise (from experience), you may not connect properly and see the firmware page.

Hi, if firmware recovery does not help, I am afraid that there is no better method.

May I confirm the exact issue on your router? We can try to provide some suggestions first.

Maybe you can provide me the latest beta firmware for my router, if i can update to it and then to the latest stable version, i think that stable version will have better wifi and working QOS

Hi, that happened long time ago.

For you case, I consulted the support engineers first then replied to you, actually.
