Hi, welcome to the community.
It works. However, I'm not sure if it is what you want to achieve.
The powerline adapter TL-PA7017 would not join or become part of the Deco powerline Mesh.
General Questions about the Powerline or PLC Backhaul Feature of Deco
If you have a PA7017Kit, two adapters work like a long Ethernet cable to provide an Ethernet connection for a remote desktop.
if you have 7017 and another wireless powerline adapter, the wireless network from powerline adapter would be a separate wireless network for mobile devices.
