Please help, after I reset the main mesh router (ax10), this satellite ax12 brick and doesn't respond to normal reset. When I try to upload the firmware it always stuck at 6%. Is there any other way to reset this router? (P.S the ax10 boot just fine)
To be reset successfuly the reset button should be pressed for about 10 seconds.
Here's how to unbrick your router. If neither works for you contact your local support for assistance.
Hi,
In case you are connected to another router via Wi-Fi at the same time that you trying to upload the firmware to the AX12 via Ethernet cable, then disconnect the Wi-Fi connection and try again to update the AX12.
@woozle of course I disconnected from wifi. It keeps failing to upload.
