Can’t add new m4 to existing m5 mesh network
Hi, recently bought an m4 to add to my mesh network but the app doesn't give me the chance to select this model. Blue light pulsing on unit but isn't found by app. Any help appreciated

Hi, May I know the APP version for your Deco?
There was a while ago and Deco APP was no longer needed to select the model when adding the satellite Deco. The Deco APP is able to identify the model.
It is suggested to turn off VPN and mobile data if they have been enabled, then reopen the Deco APP and try again.
If you are using an iPhone, please also check that "Local Network" permission has been enabled for the Deco APP.
