 I just bought a Tp-Link archer C60 modem. All the devices recognize the 5GH and 2.4GH modem bands. Unfortunately, the mobile phone Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro only shows the 5GH band of this modem in its Wi-Fi list. This is while this mobile used to identify both bands of that modem with another modem.

Have you tried these wireless settings for C60:

 

 

These are pretty standard settings and your mobile shoud recognize the 2.4 GHz band - it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac.

If you still have problems you may try resetting the mobile network settings - here.
