After plugging into the electrical outlet, it flashes for about 10 seconds and then all the LEDs off. The app doesn't see the device. About year it was working fine. According to the videos (instructions), at least the power-on indicator LED should light up, but it also goes out. Not even after more than 5 minutes all LEDs remain off. Any advice?
Reset the RE to its factory defaults by pressing the reset button for about 10 seconds.
If after that the RE behaves the same then probably it went faulty - contact your local support.
