Model: Archer T3U
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1030.29.618.2019

Following the reinstallation of the latest drivers, the ping stabilizes at around 55ms for a period of 2-3 hours. However, there is a recurring issue where the ping spikes up to 800ms after this initial stability phase. Subsequent reinstalls of the drivers have the effect of restoring the ping back to the desired 55ms range for a few hours before the cycle repeats itself. This pattern indicates a potential underlying issue that requires further investigation to ascertain the root cause and implement a lasting solution.

  @SaiKumar99

Hi, it is suggested to install the driver here to see whether it helped:

Realtek Chipset Driver for Archer T2U(Nano/ Plus)/T3U(Nano/ Plus)/T4U(Plus)/T4UH/T9UH (Win7/Win10)

Will the adapter get warmer than before when the ping spikes to 800ms?

If possible, it is also suggested to change the 5GHz wireless channel to channel 48.

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @David-TP

Hi, Appreciate your response.

The drives are up to date.
Yes, the device gets warmer, but i have seen it much warmer and still work fine sometimes.
The current network channel is 161. Will checkout with 48.

Thanks.
