I have a deco that does not work any more ...also with a reset

No Led action

Checked the power on this Deco ...and is working correct

did try a reset ....no result still the same

Hi, How long have you had Deco M9 Plus?

Did it respond to the hardware reset? Or have you noticed any LED change, like solid red-yellow-blue, etc?

If not, It is suggested to contact the local technical support to see whether the Deco is still under warranty.
