By checking the PPPoE v6 configurations I was able to identify the problem and it was resolved, using PPPoE in IPv6 (Auto) and assigned type (SLAAC + Stateless DHCP) the phones started receiving IPv6.

Hi, welcome to the community.
Are you trying to say that computers can get IPV6 addresses from Deco M4 but cell phones can't?
May I know the model number of your cell phones?
Are these phones working with IPV4?
Wait for your reply and best regards.
