I'm not login the tether app

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6031.0 Build 210407 Rel.7370n

I'm not login the tether app.so please help me

Below is the Tether Compatibility List, and WR850N is not there, which means it doesn't support Tether App:

It's suggested to manage the router via the web GUI.
