Tp-Link Range Extender Light Keeps Blinking

I hope this message finds you well. I have been a satisfied user of the TP-Link Range Extender (Model: RE450, Version: 3) for the past 1 year. However, today, I encountered an unexpected issue as the extender started blinking a blue light for several hours without establishing a connection. Despite my attempts to reset the extender, the issue persists. Unfortunately, the extender was purchased outside of the USA, and I find myself unable to resolve this matter independently. Your prompt assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.
