Firmware Version:

The device blinking continuously even after multiple factory resets. The RE200 WiFi is not enabling.

Hi, you mean all LEDs keeps blinking? please share with us the device S/N which is on the bottom label of the extender itself.

Then you could contact the retailer or the local supoort team to check warranty and get it replaced.
