Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.12 Build 20231023 rel.42641

I have an Archer AX73 router with an Archer AX10 in a OneMesh Network setup. After logging into HomeShield (and subscribing), I set up some "active and non-active" times for the family. It worked for a couple of days, and now I cannot log into it again. I have tried HomeShield on my iPhone, my iPad, and my Android phone, and all of them crash the HomeShield app between 90 and 100%. I have now unsubscribed from the service but still have my account enabled until February 4th. I cannot change ANY of my settings in HomeShield now. Please advise me on how to move forward.

Hi, do you mean the Tether App will crash completely once you tap HomeShield or tap Family page? If possible, please share with us a short video to show the issue.

Besides, your AX73 is the main router and AX10 is satellite router, right? are they connected wirelessly or via Ethernet cable?

Please also let us know the model no. and system version of your phones and iPad along with the version of your Tether App.
