Tether Client icons not saving

I am using the Tether app v. 4.3.28 on an Android 10 tablet and on two Android 13 tablets.
All is fine on the Android 10 tablet, but on both the Android 13 tablets, I cannot get the icons to save on the Client list. To be more precise, they do save as long as I keep the screen open, but when I close down Tether and then reopen, the client icons have all returned to the default icon. It's worth saying that the device names that I enter are saved and reappear properly when I next open the app.
Any ideas?

May I know the model no. of your two Android 13 tablets?
Please try reinstall the Tether App as well to see if the issue can be resolved.
By the way, was there any similar issue before you updating Tether App to 4.3.28?

On further investigation, rolling back to previous Tether versions, I've found that.... 4.2.32 all ok with icons saving properly. 4.3.27 all ok with icons saving properly. 4.3.28 no new icons saving.
More precisely, icons that were saved in older versions, appear properly in 4.3.28 after updating. However, icons newly saved when using 4.3.28 do not reappear and go back to default icons when reopening the app.
.... and on further investigation, this is also happening on my Android 10 i.e. icons previously saved on older versions are fine, but icons newly saved when using 4.3.28 default back after reopening the app.

Hi, the latest iOS Tether App for now is V4.4.3, please try updating your App and check if the problem can be resolved.

I have v 4.4.4 on all my android tablets and the problem is still there. No icons are saved when the app is reopened.

As it happens, this has finally just been solved in the last 24 hours with the release of the latest update to Tether v 4.5.5 from Google Playstore. Maybe there is a similar update for Apple IoS?
