My router's WAN port is plugged and working fine on other routers. But on my archer c6, it says WAN port unplugged. I am facing the same problem shown in this youtube link: https://youtu.be/cYMrXqN_MJ0?si=jRJeugz8WZwkSY3D

If it's possible test with another ethernet cable. If the issue persists it could be a defective unit - you may contact your local tech support for further troubleshooting.
