Firmware Version:

Just purchased Deco X55 comes with a pack of three units. Two units work perfectly while the third one is stuck on the solid yellow light so I was not able to add it..... tried to press the reset button and tried to do the firmware recovery, not working.....what can I do besides returning this product......

Hi, when you hold the reset pinhole for s, have you noticed any change to the LED status?

It is also suggested to power off this X55 for about 10mins, then plug into another power socket.
