Firmware Version: Latest available 1.0.4

Hi,

I've bought r365 extender. After using it, it crashes and you can no longer use the extended networks. Even pressing the on-off button does not turn it off. The only way is to unplug it from the socket and plug it back in to have 5ghz and 2.4 still working

Hi, May I know how long you have had the RE365?

Have you tried to factory reset it once and set it up again?
