AX72 supports HomeShield feature. To configure Parenatls Control you have to install tether app and use this guide.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".

  @Joleen

Firstly I would open the tether app select your router

Open the family page then create a profile for said child and set the times you want the Internet off ect, filter contents.

save the profile then go back to the home page and open the client list and you should see a bunch of devices.

 find the device/devices that you want to associate with said child.

Some times you may get lucky and it may show on the list saying for example

Bobby's iPhone.

Click on that name

You should then see a list of options

At the top there will be a little arrow in the center this is where you can change the device name to help make it easier for you to associate thats that child's device

Change the name then save.

Click back

Till you see the device info and you should see a option for family member

You should be able to click on that and add that device to that child's profile.

Then of your child has multiple devices simply find your child's next device then add it to the profile and you should be good to go.

If the client list doesnt show the childs device name you should be able to go onto your cholds device and in the network settings will show you the device IP or mac address them it will be a case as above where you change the device name then save then add it to the profile.

You can add multiple family profiles for different people and add their devices tp their profiles.

Please be aware that if your child has a vpn on their device the blocker won't work
