Hi, Are you able to use Wi-Fi Analyzer to scan the wireless channel on the 5GHz mobile hotspot on A33?
I think it is very likely the 5GHz is on channels 149-165.
After that, please also help me check the region code on the Archer TX20U Plus. Is it on EU or US version?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi, Thank you very much for the update and I also got your message.
The EU version of Archer TX20U plus doesn't support band 4(channel 149-165) due to CE certification. It is expected that TX20u couldn't detect the 5GHz of the A33 hotspot.
You might need to connect the adapter to some other 5GHz networks that work on the lower band 1(channel 36-48).
Best regards.

Can you recommend a device I can use with my A33 that works on 149-165?

Hi, If Archer TX20U Plus is the EU version in your region, I think other models of the wireless adapter would be on the EU version and don't support channels 149-165 either.
Have you checked the local wireless regulations? what are the commonly used 5GHz wireless channels, band 1(36-48) or band 4(149-165)?
Except for the adapter, can you detect the 5GHz mobile hotspot of A33 on other wireless devices?
Thank you very much and best regards.
