Hi!

I own an AX23 and it bricked last week. I've just followed the Method 2 from this link and the router doesn't reboot or shows any confirmation of success.

I've also tried with both firmwares avaiable here (BR version) and none worked. My router still only shows an orange LED in the middle.

If both methods don't work for, you could contact the seller or local support team in your area to check warranty.
