Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I don't know the hardware version so I have selected V1 above

I have a ring doorbell and 3 cameras connected via by Deco wifi

They suddenly all went offline yesterday and I cannot get them to reconnect

My Deco system consists of 2 X50 devices the first of which is connected directly to my Virgin Media hub

I am sitting with a camera right nect to the main Deco device but it will not connect. The Ring app is showing a very poor wifi signal. My phone is showing a strong wifi signal with dowload speeds of about 250 mgb

I am not sure what to do next

  @JohnC45

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Deco X50_V1_1.3.1 supports Wi-Fi Access Control and do you use Allow list or Block list?

It is suggested to set it to "Block List" for now.

Then please enable the IOT network for 2.4GHz and security mode--WPA2.

After that, please check again whether the Ring Doorbell can connect to Deco X50 or not.

Wait for your reply and best regards.
