Deco X50 5G rarely connects to 5G network

Model: Deco X50-5G

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.1

It prefers 4G network over 5G. How can I force it to connect to a 5G network.

Same SIM card on a phone automatically connects to 5G network.

Any updates on this support team?

Also manual band selection does not work on Android nor iPhone.
