Enter web interface iot device

Hi,
i need to do some settings on the web interface of my heating pump.
Since it is on the iot network, i can not enter it. Not from the main and not from the Iot network connected. It is not possible for me to connect it to the main network. So how can i enter it??

Are you trying to say, that when the heating pump is connected to IOT or the Main network of Deco, you are not able to access the web interface of the heating pump?
May I know the model number of the heating pump?
Deco doesn't isolate communication over the IOT network or the Main network, and I don't think the issue is due to Deco.

the heating pump is on iot
my computer / telephone / tablet on iot or on main, can not reach it.

Hi,
Maybe you could try to ping the IP address of the heating pump on the laptop to check the communication first:
Is the heating pump added to "Device Isolation"?
If not, there haven't been any settings else on Deco that are able to isolate each device.
