Trying to Connect as a new network but the Deco IOS app only shows the X80-5G version, so how do I proceed? Thank you

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I saw this feedback a few days ago and the user is also from Australia. But I could see Deco X80 on my APP.

I think it might be country code-related.

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the APP log:

Update: It seems like you have submitted the APP log already.

I checked with the engineer earlier and the Deco APP will fix this issue very soon.

Currently, you could try to pick out a different model, like Deco X90 to finish the quick setup first

Thanks for the reply. Any Idea how long before the APP is patched to show the X80? I don't think I will want to set it up as a X90 if it's not.

It does not really matter if you set it up as X90. There are no major differences in both models and after you've added X80 to Deco mesh as X90 you should see it as X80 in Deco app, under Update Deco. 

 

Just try that, no harm will be done. In case something goes wrong (which should not), you can just delete X80 from Deco mesh in Deco app and that will factory reset X80 to original configuration.
