Our home network consist of three Deco M9 plus. After updating the firmware from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2 the internet connection on our iPhone 12 Pro frequently disconnects but on our iPhone 13 the connection is stable and does not disconnect frequently.

After reverting back to firmware 1.6.1 the issue was resolved. Is this a known issue with firware version 1.6.2? And is there a sulotions avaible except for turning back to a older firmware version?

Hi, welcome to the community.

From 1.6.1 to 1.6.2, there hasn't been a change to the Wi-Fi module. I don't think it should be caused by the firmware upgrade.

Are both iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 on IOS 17.1.1?

If possible, you could try to update Deco M9 Plus to 1.6.2 again and test whether the following suggestions help:

1. Reset the network settings on the iPhone 12 Pro.

2. Turn off "Private Address" on the 12 Pro.

3. Disable "Mesh Technology" on the Deco APP for 12 Pro.
