Hi, can i know why im always have 1/2 packet lost when i try to ping ip address?
Is it because of my router or isp?
Hi, may I know if the issue happens when you ping the LAN IP address of the router or when you ping other public IP address? and is it via wired or wireless connections?
You could also try connecting your computer to your ISP modem directly to test the ping again to see if there is similar issue.
