Can't access Youtube after firmware upgrade to 1.3.9 Build Archer AX10 Version 1.20
Hi,
After I upgraded one of our Archer AX10 firmware to 1.3.9 Build 20230728 Rel. 45716(5553) the access to youtube is not possible anymore. Any solution?
Or there's a way to go back to old Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20210513 Rel. 79745(5553)?
Thank you in advance.
Warm regards,
Mekus2x

Hi, do you mean youtube website or youtube app? or both? and does it happen on all client devices?
Please check if you enabled parental control on the router, if not, try connecting the same computer to your ISP modem directly and check if there is the same issue. If the issue only happens on the router, please try factory reset the router by holding reset button until power LED starts flashing.
By the way, the firmware 1.3.9 could only downgrade to other 1.3.x firmware but cannot downgrade to 1.2.1 firmware.

Hi, may I know if ping works if you ping the youtube website domain name?
Please try to set up DNS on Advanced->Network->Internet page manually to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4:
By the way, all the three AX10 are in router mode, right?

@QRene we can ping youtube website and we copy your DNS setup but still the same issue. By the way we are using static IP and the AX10 are in router mode.
