Inernet is disconnecting suddenly

Hi Team,

I recently brought Archer c80 1900 wifi router. I could see internet is getting diconnected suddenly on my mobile and need to turnoff and turnon my wifi on my mobile to get the internet working again. Can some provide solution fo this, if they face similar kind of issue and got resolved. I just connected only two devices my and mibile and office desktop and there is only one wall inbetween where my router is placed. I use internet from my Hall area and its placed in child bedroom. Please suggest.

The issue only happens on your mobile phone, or also happens on the office desktop? and is the office desktop connected to the router via Ethernet cable?

Besides, when the issue happens, the WiFi disconnects completely or WiFi still shows connected but no internet access?

If it happens with WiFi connections only, please try changing the WiFi channel and channel width on Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page to see if it helps.
