Is it possible to deactivate wireless networks via SNMP or change settings at all?
What are the parameters for this?

I doubt that you'd be able to change any settings related to WAP SSIDs.

Check this thread for more details on SNMP OIDs.

Most of the OIDs implemented are for interface traffic, memory and CPU utilization monitoring.
