hello, can someone help me, my deco x55 stuck at old firmware it cannot update using Deco app and cannot access the web interface. i saw in youtube someone using "update GDPR.exe application" to force update the deco, can someone send me the link. Thank you very much.

How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device

Or could you please leave me a message with the MAC address on Deco X55?

Hi, Thank you for the message.

When I checked your TP-link ID, I noticed your firmware is on 2.0.0 Build 20220426 Rel. 74548 which is a customized firmware for local internet service providers. Usually, you can also tell the model number from the product label. 

For the ISP firmware, we are not allowed to make any changes to this firmware without ISP's permission and it is suggested to contact your ISP directly to see whether they had any new firmware.

  @David-TP I contacted them but they don't know what I'm talking about. They have a bad aftersales support. They just keep saying it is the latest.
