Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20190805 rel.22215 (EU)

My home router has been rebooting randomly for the past few month.

The LED will all go out and left with Power blinking, connection to my router disconnected. Its like just started turn on my router. After a few second the connection is available, but then it repeat the same process again 2 or 3 more times.

In the house all family member only use Wireless connection.

Please advise.

I suspect the problem might be firmware upgrade.

Hi, are you using the original power adapter? and please confirm if there is any trigger that will cause the router reboot automatically.

For more troubleshooting steps, please follow this thread: What can I do if my Router keeps Rebooting randomly?

@Sunshine We still using the original power adapter, I tried all the troubleshooting, power is stable, we have a fan blowing directly to the router, did factory reset and upgraded firmware, in the end the router still keep restarting, disconnect all device connecting it all the same problem. The router has no reboot schedule so thats no way a problem. Do found a trigger, whenever I use my laptop to upload backup and when i plugin the ethernet cable, the router will just keep restarting over and over again. Now even unplug, it is still automatically restart frequently.

Hi, do you mean the router is in a bootloop now even when nothing is connected to it?

If so, please try firmware recovery to see if it works: How to recover the router when it bricked

If it is still the same issue, I am afarid you will need to contact the retailer to check warranty.
