If you want to change the TP-Link ID linked to this range extender, you may login to the web management page, go to Advanced > TP-Link ID or TP-Link Account, then choose to unbind.

 

Alternatively, you can reset the extender as per the User Guide to its factory defaults, and it will unbind the extender from the existing account, then you can register and link it to your new account.
