Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

My network is 1000Mps and tested directly plugged into the modem but once connected through my deco xe75, it limited the speed to 94Mps ( both lan and WiFi)

I think you may be mis-understanding the point im making.   When you connect a cable between two device it attempts to automatically negotiate the speed, this will be either 10/100 or 1000, however this is not foolproof and on occasion, it will not determine the speed correctly.   So what you have proved it that the auto detection between the Computer and MODEM is fine and detects correctly, but this doesn't determine if the MODEM can negotiate with the DECO correctly.

Assuming the MODEM has some GUI for you to log into, its likely more an ISP Router rather than a MODEM as you can connect it to a PC directly.  If you connect up the Deco to the Modem, then using the PC go to the ISP MODEM interface GUI and check what its seeing the speed negotiated at for the Deco connection.   If its AUTO and determining 100, try setting it to force 1000 if that is an option.

Are you seeing the appropriate colour LEDs when the LAN is connected?  This can indicate the speed of connection, also what actual model is the ISP device?

94mbps is a very specific number and is usually a sign that the cable connected to the LAN is running at 100mbps and not 1000mbps.

I would check / replace the cable between your ISP modem and the Deco as that is likely the cause, check its running at 1000 not 100

@Philbert I connected the same cat 6 cable directly from my computer to the isp modem the speed shows 9xx Mbps but if connected through the xe75 both lan and WiFi become under 100mbps

It still sounds like its not syncing the LAN speed with the modem correctly, is it an actual Modem or an ISP Router?  Namely is there an interface on the ISP device to check status and speed?  If so try forcing 1000

@Philbert I tested speed with computer directly connected to the isp modem (it also act as Wi-Fi router) the speed was up to 9xxMbps.

@Philbert thanks for your explanation. You seems correct. The isp router is Huawei HG8045Q but I have to contact the isp to see how to force the speed.  Hope to come back with goo

Yeah its an MODEM Router then, so it should have a user GUI for you to access.    Try 192.168.0.1   or   192.168.1.1   and see if any of those work, thats the two most common

To log in to the GUI try teh default username password of, admin admin or whatever is on the bottom of the router.   In there you should see the ports and their connected speeds, that will allow you rule this out as a possibility.

I'm seing a variety of different units being mentioned in these responses when referring to the speeds. Can we clarify if it is Megabits per second (Mbps) or Megabytes per second (MBps) when referring to the differing speeds as there is an 8x factor difference between the two?

If the network is 1000Mbps and the speed of 94 is being measured in MBps then that might be about right (dependent on a variety of other factors)?
