Hi,

 

The band lock feature is not working as intended.  I can search and select the desired band at NR78 5G.  Deco app showed under Band as NR78 as well.  However in actual situation the router still auto select other bands as it likes and dropped to 4G.  In this case the band lock has no meaning at all.

 

Is there a way to really lock the band?  This router is stationed at 1 place.  I want it to be either 5G or no network at all, I want it that way, not dropping to 4G. 

For some reasons the 5G data is unlimited but 4G has quota so I only want 5G, if there is no 5G then just cut it off no network I don't care.  The current band lock feature serves zero purpose.

Could you please also send me a picture of the current "Band" under Internet settings and help me submit the Deco APP log?
