Slow speed in Decos
I have a mesh system with 3 M9 decos and one M5.
Recently changed my ISP for a 1gb fiber internet but i cant pass the 250mb max speed on wifi when connect to the wifi network created in the Decos.
When i connect directly to the wifi of the router i get around 600/700 mbs.
The main deco is connected with cable (cat5e) to the router. Already changed the cable and the port on the router but still the same. Also the QoS is set to 1024/1024.
Any advice on how to get better speed?

Your new ISP router is most likely WiFi6 capable, that would explain speeds you are getting. Deco M9 Plus is WiFi5, it will be slower. I have M9 Plus and M5 Deco mesh, the best speed test result I ever got from M9 Plus is 630Mbps in almost perfect conditions, and around 400Mbps on average.
To get consistent speeds closer to what your router provides, and to the gigabit Internet link you have, you'll need to replace your Deco set with WiFi6 or WiFi6E capable WiFi mesh, from TP-Link (Deco) or other brand.
If you still want to troubleshoot your current Deco set with the goal to squeeze about 400-500Mbps from Main Deco, let me know and I'll give you few pointers. In that case, the first step would be to run "Test Internet Speed" from main screen (named Network) of Deco app. What are the speed test results you are getting there?

At this moment im getting from the test speed 799/210.
Testing the wifi im getting 243/209

Do you have asymmetrical Internet link, such as gigabit down/250Mbps up? This "Test Internet Speed" is speedtest over wired connection from Main Deco to the router. If you had symmetrical gigabit down and up, the speed test result should have reflected it. I would have expected to see something like 800/800 on symmetrical gigabit internet link.
It is important to ensure Main Deco properly connected to the router and gets proper speeds, because troubleshooting WiFi makes little sense if wired connection is unhealthy.

@Alexandre. Yes its asymetrical, i have 1gb / 250mb

Good. It means wired link between Main Deco and router is without issues.
I just helped someone with troubleshooting their WiFi speed related issues, so not to repeat myself I'll just link to the post I made on how I want you to run speed test, but with one addition:
1. Configure Deco mesh to run in Access Point mode: Switching a Deco to Access Point (AP) Mode
2. Run speed tests and share results the way it is instructed in this post: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/628252?replyId=1261936
