Post power-cut extender won’t connect
A power cut of 45 mins last week has affected the extender. Blue light on product flashes continually. Factory reset hasn't worked. Several attempts to reconnect with router have failed and light just flashes continually. Any ideas?

can you get internet access from main router
try to reboot or reset the main router and set up the extender again,make sure the distance between them is not too far
and what is the network led status of extender (including 2.4G 5G)

Hi, May I know the model number of your range extender? Normally it would be like RExxx or TL-WAxxx.
I noticed you mentioned that "Factory reset hasn't worked". Would there be any LED change during the reset, like all the lights turn on then off, and finally only the power light is left?
It is also suggested to change another power socket to see whether it made any difference.
