AX1500 router will not connect to the internet no matter what I try. Tested cables manually and they are all fine. Tried every troubleshooting step there is as provided...nothing. Router recognizes there is an ethernet cable but internet has the red light. I swap back to the old router and everything works. Installed the app, configured everything online and nothing. About to ship this junk back. Any suggestions.
