Deco X50-5G loses internet connection
Hi!
About a month ago I bought a Deco X50-5G mesh router.
I get great connection and speed up to 400-500Mbit/s certain times in the day. Most often about 50-170Mbit/s. I love it!
But a couple of times each day (often 1-3 times a day) it loses the internet connection. after a reboot it works again.
I have the same mobile internet on my and my wifes phones, and they work. So it should not be any problem with the operator (Telia, Sweden).
We have 2 external antennas to boost the coverage.
What could be wrong?
Best Regards
Niklas

The link provided in the previous post is for the following firmware:
X50-PoE_V2_1.0.6_Build_20240910_Rel.69633
So this firmware seems to be for X50-PoE, and not for X50-5G.
Can you please check and confirm this as well?

Ah ok didn't spot it was for the 5G you wanted it. Did you check the beta firmware list for a 5G version?

Where can I check this? The latest official firmware available for X50-5G is v.1.1.7. This is the one I have.
I don't see any beta software available for X50-5G. Can you also check and let me know?

Is there finally sight of a solution? I have had patience long enough but the X50-5G is a useless paperweight with zero support from it's manufacturer.
Sorry for the harsh words but that's how I feel. A lot of people have payed a lot of money for a 5G modem/router combination and we got a device that isn't capable of keeping a stable internet connection for more then 12 hours.

I have currently using firmware 1.2.0. They added IOT network, VPN but I can see random restarts feature is still supported.
