Deco X50-5G loses internet connection
Hi!
About a month ago I bought a Deco X50-5G mesh router.
I get great connection and speed up to 400-500Mbit/s certain times in the day. Most often about 50-170Mbit/s. I love it!
But a couple of times each day (often 1-3 times a day) it loses the internet connection. after a reboot it works again.
I have the same mobile internet on my and my wifes phones, and they work. So it should not be any problem with the operator (Telia, Sweden).
We have 2 external antennas to boost the coverage.
What could be wrong?
Best Regards
Niklas

@Geeklas
Have you been able to get some solution on this issue, I have the same problem in Sweden using Telenor.
After a reboot the network works fine but after a while it either looses connection completelu och has really bad performance, if I connect my PC via iPhone using the same provider (Telenor) it works fine

I think it is my operator. I turned of 5G and its stable.
In periods 5G works, but after a week or so it stops working again. But the 4G is stable all the time.

@Geeklas After 6 moths with this box I would very much expect that issue is in the box far more likely than in the network side specially when other in different networks have the same issue. Timed nightly reboot does the tick for me...

Hi, welcome to the community.
I would like to follow up on your case via email. Please check whether you have received my email.
If yes, please install the debug firmware first and save the system logs as well as interent settings when Deco dropped out again.
Thank you very much and best regards.

I have the same issue with my "TP-Link Deco X50-5G AX3000".
It loses both internet connection, but also wired connections fail - ie I cannot connect to other local devices on the network, so it's not just a 5G issue.
Wifi remains connected, though there's no no internet & the app cannot communicate with the hub.

Same problem here (Italy - Wind5G). Multiple disconnections during the day (not operator fault)

@Geeklas Same problem here - tried various network providers but the issue appears to be with the router....

Same here in Finland. Two PCs connected with ethernet cables and randomly one of them starts disconnecting while the other still works fine.
