My router all leds are on continuously, not able to connect using lan cable or wifi, reset also does not reset the device. Any help to restore?

Hi, please make sure it is using the original TP-Link power adapter, if still the same, it seems the router is bricked, may I know if you updated the firmware or any power outage before the issue started?
