C54 can't find 5Ghz
Hello, I'm using C54 and I can't find the 5GHz network during installation. But my laptop and smartphone can use normally.
I'm trying reboot, update firmware and Manual setup but it's not working.
Please help !
Thank you!

Channel 60 is not supported by the Archer C54. (as well as many other routers in the lower price range)
You can see what channels are supported if you switch the C54 to "Router" mode or "Access Point" mode and then click the drop-down selection for "Channel" in the (Advanced) Wireless Settings menu.

Hi,
Do you mean you want to use the C54 in Range Extender mode, but the C54 can't see the 5 GHz wireless network of your main router?
If that's the case, then the main router is probably broadcasting on a channel that the C54 doesn't support. See if you can change the 5 GHz channel of the main router to channel 36 and the try again to connect the C54.

If the channel is not supported by the C54, then there is no other way.
To make sure the channel not being supported is the problem here, can you please check on your laptop or phone on which 5 GHz channel the main router is broadcasting on?
Windows will show the channel under the "Properties" of the connection, like in this example.
