Hi,
I think your best bet would be to follow one of the install guides that come up with a Google search.
https://www.google.com/search?q=kali+rtl8812bu+driver
If none of the existing drivers works, then maybe your kernel is too new and you have to wait for the developers to catch up. What kernel version are you currently on?

You will have to test by yourself whether any of the available drivers works with such a new Linux kernel.
I can tell you that if one has hardware that relies on installing external drivers, then it is never a good idea to be on one of the latest kernel versions, because there may have been changes made in kernel that break the driver installer or even the whole driver. (until some developer adapts the driver to the changes in the kernel)
If one must be on the latest kernel for some reason, then it is better to buy hardware that has driver support already built into the Linux kernel.

Maybe try this driver here. It says is has been tested on Kali Linux with kernel 6.3.
As per Release History Kali Linux 2023 originally shipped with kernel 6.1.
I have never used Kali Linux, but the Linux I've used offered a way to roll back the current kernel to a previous version that is still installed on the hard disk (but not in use).
Does Kali have something like an "Update Manager"?
