Deco app doesn’t find device x60
My deco app can't seem to find my devices.. I have bridged my router and WiFi is working from my deco but I can't change ssid or password. What to do? I can't access setup on pc.. only keeps telling me to download the app that doesn't work.

Hi, what is the error message/notification when you log into the Deco APP, such as "We couldn't find Deco" or "Let's begin"?

We couldn't find Deco. Something wrong with the Cloud service

@David-TP no error message nor notification.. app just keeps looking for the units and doesn't find them.
