2.4Ghz slow after latest firmware update
2.4Ghz slow after latest firmware update
Hello,
Since I've updated to the latest firmware my 2.4Ghz wifi is a fraction of what its supposed to be. On the other hand the 5Ghz band is fine.
Any help to diagnose this would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Or could it be due to a very slow Nintendo Switch with a maximum capable speed of about 100 Mbit in 5 GHz (???) or some smart-lights (14 MBit in 2,4 GHz) (???) that is slowing down ALL devices and EVERYTHING since this firmware upgrade??? No new devices were added for a very long time.
And what about "High Speed mode"? This is turned off due to EasyMesh… Maybe the "HighSpeed" between AX6000 and RE700X is running only in slow 2,4 GHz and not in much faster 5 GHz since this firmware version?

Problem "solved" by Provider: after another outage tonight my downlink speed is back to normal… Seems to be a coincidence that fw-update and provider-fooo started nearby.
