Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version:

Installed 3 whole house Deco E4R, very easy install for Apple phones, ipdad etc which all work OK but can't connect to TP Link via HP laptop - any settings I need to check or change please?

If you can update with the model of laptop and the operating system, it might point us in the right direction

It could be a number of things.. what is the error you are getting?
