Waiting on warranty replacement
Hi I sent off my router for warranty replacement as there was a software issue after updating the firmware. I sent it back and it was received by the RMA department in the UK on Tuesday and where is shows your product on the tp link site it says received and new one will be delivered within 2 working days. It's been 2 days and still shows as preparing shipping. I need the replacement router sending asap as have very poor internet with a cheap modem I brought whilst waiting for the replacement.
haven't had any recent emails replied too, unable to contact anyone by phone.
