I want to control my router by my personal mobile device but after installed the deco app i can't control it. It is true that first time someone (wifi support staff) set up the router from his device.
Have any idea to solve this problem?

Do you still remember the email account that was used to set up Deco for the first time?
You could contact the original support to change the network owner of the Deco:
How to change the owner account on Deco APP
Or if there are detailed configuration guides on the Deco APP during setup, you could also reset the Deco by holding the reset pinhole and setting it up on your own this time.
